About the Product – Sepal, the first-ever canopy structure for bikes, has been introduced by Kashyap and Videhy, which is both easy to install and capable of protecting against rain, dust, sunlight, and pollution. This product is incredibly robust, and can withstand speeds of over 100 km/hr without damage. Moreover, it can transform a regular bike into a smart bike, with features such as navigation, calling, and music available through its own mobile application.

Sepal has been shipped to countries worldwide, including the UK, US, Middle East, and Africa, and has been used in 25 states across India. Kashyap and Videhy plan to launch a brand new scooter in the near future.

The installation process is straightforward, as the product comes in three parts: a base that attaches to the fuel tank using an industrial strap made of aerospace-based material, a hard plastic windshield, and a front canopy composed of proprietary materials that provide strength and durability.

Conclusion –

Vidhey and Kashyap asked ₹50 Lakhs for 1% Equity. Shark Peyush offered ₹50 Lakhs for 2% Equity. It concluded in a successful deal.
