Priyank Jain & Uttam Lahera asked for 75 Lakhs for 6% Equity Aman, Namita, Peyush, and Anupam withdrew from the deal, while Vineeta proposed to acquire 20% equity of the company for 50 lakhs and extend a loan of 25 lakhs at a 12% interest rate.

In response, the founders offered a counterproposal of 18% equity in exchange for 50 lakhs along with the debt.

The final deal was closed with Vineeta at 50 lakhs for 18% equity and 25 lakhs debt at 12% interest.
